Everyday responsibilities can feel easier with the right support. Serenity Heart Home Services provides personalized, non-medical support that helps individuals manage routines, develop life skills, participate in their communities, and work toward greater independence.
Our services are designed around each person’s strengths, preferences, needs, and goals, with a focus on dignity, encouragement, consistency, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Life does not look the same for everyone. Some people need help establishing routines. Others may need support with household responsibilities, transportation, employment preparation, community activities, or developing greater confidence with everyday decisions.
Serenity Heart provides practical support that meets individuals where they are and helps them take meaningful steps forward.
Our services are available to foster youth and young adults age 18 and older, older adults, adults with autism, individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, people with mental-health diagnoses, individuals transitioning to independent living, and people living in residential or group-home settings.
We provide practical support with morning and evening routines, hygiene prompting, laundry, household organization, meal planning, cooking supervision, and other everyday responsibilities.
Individuals can strengthen practical skills related to budgeting, money management, time management, organization, planning, goal setting, decision-making, and personal responsibility.
We help individuals work toward education and employment goals through attendance support, homework and study routines, vocational exploration, job searching, resume development, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
Support may include appointment reminders, schedule organization, and accompaniment to medical or therapy appointments when appropriate.
Medication-related support is limited to non-medical reminders.
We help individuals strengthen everyday safety awareness through stranger-awareness education, internet safety coaching, behavioral observation, and appropriate communication when safety or behavioral concerns arise.
Consistent routines can create greater stability and confidence. We provide support with daily schedules, chores, task completion, accountability, organization, and decision-making.
Individuals may receive support with appointments, errands, grocery shopping, community outings, activities, and public transportation.
Positive relationships and meaningful connection are important parts of everyday life. Our support includes companionship, encouragement, social-skills coaching, healthy-relationship coaching, and positive social interaction.
We maintain appropriate documentation of observations and routines and can communicate relevant updates with authorized care-team members. Concerns are reported to supervisors according to established procedures.
Independence is not always about doing everything alone. Sometimes it begins with having the right encouragement, structure, and support to try something new.
Our team helps individuals build routines, practice practical skills, participate in their communities, and take greater ownership of everyday responsibilities.
We believe meaningful support starts with listening. Our approach recognizes each person’s abilities, preferences, goals, and pace.
Through dependable assistance, encouragement, companionship, coaching, and supervision, we help create opportunities for greater confidence and independence.
Whether you are seeking life-skills support, supervised independent living, non-medical home support, or information about referring someone to our programs, we’re here to help you understand the next step.
